Profile

Roberta works as a professional leadership consultant and coach to both public and private sectors on issues surrounding change and transition. She has been working in the area of Human Resources and Organization Development since 1978. In addition, Roberta has diverse industry experience in large organizational settings. Early in her career, she was a Production Line Manager for largest telecommunications provider in Canada and Assistant Bank Manager in Toronto for the third largest bank in Canada. Roberta was a Human Resource Manager in a high tech firm before forming her own company in 1990. Roberta continues to work on the leading edge of leadership, management assessment and team building and speaks regularly on these subjects.

While Roberta considers herself unilingual, for the past twenty years, she often conducts sessions that are simultaneously provided in two languages: French and English. She completed her Teaching Certificate from McGill University and holds her Masters of Business Administration from the Ivy School of Business.

Roberta is one of 350 Master Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation) worldwide as well as a Certified Teleclass Leader with Corporate Coach University. She is a licensed practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Future Search Conferences as well as numerous other process change tools. Roberta has lectured at universities and colleges across Canada. She has delivered training on more than a dozen topics relating to leadership, team and professional development and has taught over 5,000 classroom hours. Roberta has been selected as a coach for The Best of Organizational Development Summit in Chicago, 2005-2006 (http://www.linkageinc.com/) as well as the WIN Conference in Geneva, 2005 (http://www.winconference.net).

In the fall of 2005, Roberta relocated from Ottawa, Canada to Geneva, Switzerland where she continues her coaching and consulting .
