This lovely Andalucia holiday home is perfectly located for visiting the Córdoba Mezquita, the Botanical Gardens, and of course the Alhambra Palace.

Málaga's exquisite cathedral, Alcazaba and Picasso Museum are an hour away.



We are 3km from the largest lake in Andalucia - Lake Iznájar, watched over by the beautiful town of Iznájar, Spain - a typical Andalucian white village jutting out over the lake… whose winding streets, flower festooned patios, bars and restaurants scattered around leave you bubbling over with ideas and inspiration ... And for walkers - do you like the look of this?? This is El Torcal - it's wildly famous! And makes for some of the most brilliant climbing and walking ... it's an hour away in Antequera near the lovely Lobo Park Wolf Sanctuary and the Bullring of course ...

"After spending too many nights over too many years in too many hotels, the thought of yet another week away from home was NOT appealing. After four passable nights in Marbella, I decided to visit Iznájar, a town I had heard much of but had yet to visit.

So much to do in the area, something for everyone, the village is lovely and sleepy, but so close to stunning scenery, museums, lakes, shopping, and Malaga if you fancy the beach.

The house itself was extremely well organised and comfortable, I had the suite with an ensuite and sitting area, all wonderfully clean and peaceful. I think the real added benefit was the hot tub perfect to relax in at the end of the day. The area itself is most beautiful. La Celada is situated in hills and mountains of olive trees. Casa La Celada is just in the center of the tiny village and offers nicely decorated rooms and faciliies, plus sharing the family kitchen and a lovely sitting room. We came for relaxation and found just what we were looking for.

And as if it could possibly get any better, I am a totally untrained, unprofessional, but extremely keen Quirky Watercolour Artist - and am lucky enough to have been commissioned to paint some wonderful pictures, as well as an eco-coffin for an exhibition (I know, I know, but some of you are getting used to me now ....!)

I have several permanent exhibitions around Spain and am always looking for restaurants, bars and pubs that might like to display and sell my work.















I have been a qualified member of the National Federation of Spiritual Healers for almost 15 years, and also of the Association of Reflexologists for years. I have led courses based loosely around Earth bound Spirituality of the Native American teachings, something I have studied and loved for more than fifteen years.

In 2010, I completed another of my many dreams and became a fully qualified Yoga Teacher having been practicing on and off from the age of four. My life is Heart Centred, about connecting with people, and giving of myself, where I can, to enrich and enhance someone else's life. Saying that, my feet are very definitely planted firmly on the ground!
