About Me

I'm currently based in Northamptonshire having moved around the UK a bit. I'm originally from Anglesey in North Wales hence the Welsh name. I'm also a fluent Welsh speaker. I'm married and have a lovely daughter called Lily who is 6 months old.

In the past I was a member of the Gwynedd Youth Orchestra iin North Wales having played the violin for a number of years. As well as this I have played the piano since I was 3. I love singing and seem to do this all the time. I'm sure my daughter is getting tired of it.

Business

I decided to set up the business after deciding to give up the long commute and the daily grind following the birth of my daughter. I wanted something a little more exciting and a bit more unpredictable. On this basis I decided to go self-employed as a Virtual Assistant and hence My VA Services was born.

I am a Virtual Assistant offering a variety of executive administrative support services to business leaders, business & management consultants and entrepreneurs. I am able to provide this service in Welsh and English.

The service I provide will ensure that time consuming administrative tasks are undertaken efficiently and effectively, as support provided will be tailored to your needs which ensures outputs are fit for purpose and will offer value for money to your business. Outsourcing your administrative tasks to My VA Services is like having your own Personal Assistant to deal with e-mails, correspondence, diary management, travel itineraries, prepare briefings, presentation materials etc... I can provide this service on an ad-hoc or regular basis, whichever is most convenient for your business.

I have 17 years experience in an administrative setting and have worked in the public and private sector with the last 8 years working for the Department of Health. Roles in the Department of Healthhave included Project Support Officer - Crisp Review, Business Manager for the Policy Research Programme, Assistant Research Manager for South of England, Administrator and a Personal Assistant. During this time I have also been acknowledged in a report by Lord Crisp for my work on a report called 'Global Health Partnerships'.
