Venue Details - The Grosvenor Hotel

The Grosvenor is adjacent to Victoria mainline railway station. This London hotel, formerly known as Thistle Victoria, is also within walking distance of many of London's famous landmarks including Buckingham Palace and the Houses of Parliament. This elegant and spacious Victorian hotel has 357 bedrooms including two suites.

The Grosvenor has a restaurant, lounge and bar which serve a variety of drinks, light refreshments and meals. Car parking is available nearby at an additional charge.

The Grosvenor has 12 meeting rooms, the largest of which seats 200 theatre style. BT Openzone wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel at an additional charge.

Directions by road: From Hyde Park Corner take Grosvenor Place to Lower Grosvenor place. At the junction with Buckingham Palace Road turn right and the hotel is 400 yards on the left. Thistle Victoria is situated on the left and NCP car parking is available nearby on Semley Place at an additional charge.

Cancellations and Refunds
The following charges will be deducted in the event of an attendee cancelling a registration completely:
For cancellations 7 days before the event date 25% administration charge will be deducted.
For cancellations on or after the event date will be no refunds issued - a substitute attendee is always welcome at no extra charge (proof of purchase is required).
The cancellation must be received in writing (email to sales@ecademy.com).
