Duck & Cranberry Terrine with Red Onion Marmalade
Prawn Cocktail
Roast Squash, Sweet Potato and Cumin Soup
Demerara & Whisky Smoked Trout

MAIN
Roast Breast of Turkey with all the bits
Saddle of Venison Medallions with Juniper & Redcurrant Sauce
Baked Local Trout with a Prawn and White Wine Sauce
Moroccan stuffed Red Pepper (add "with" to change to a carnivorous dish)

PUDDINGS
Christmas Pudding served with Brandy Butter and Cream
Spiced Apple Crumble
Exotic Fruit Salad with Stem Ginger Ice Cream
