Business : Coaching and Mentoring- Never a Substitute

Mostly we look at the symptoms not at the causes and it is because of this that specialists in this age have mushroomed. Specialists can be helpful, however a more total approach is more effective as this will empower the individual in many cases to take their life, health and prosperity into their own hands.

It is true we can take mentoring, coaching or professional advice from someone well grounded but this help must never be considered a substitute for one's own intelligence and commonsense.

There is a source of energy approximately a short distance below the navel and if this source can be activated then many of our ills and diseases can disappear. In Japan, this point is called the hara and is known as a very significant center for power, healing and equilibrium or balance.

Our society has become so mind orientated at the expense of the other centres, that for us to be balanced we need to bring this energy from the head to the hara.

If this can be achieved then many psychosomatic illnesses and disturbances will vanish. However, how relevant is discovering the Hara these days for any reason at all? Probably not so relevant in the world of quick fixes and well intentioned but ignorant advice.

Becoming aware of the hara is going to help immeasurably. You just have to start looking into it and it will start functioning.
