So what is Fractional Property Ownership all about?

In simple terms fractional ownership offers buyers all the benefits associated with owning a holiday home, without having to contend with all the usual associated hassle, and the cost of entry is considerably less than full ownership.

Buyers purchase a fraction of the deeded freehold of a property, which is normally broken down into weekly shares, most commonly somewhere between 1/10 share 5 weeks, and 1/5 shares 10 weeks.

Ongoing maintenance costs are shared between the co-owners making for a much more cost effective way of property ownership.
