Working with individuals and groups within an organisation can be challenging at times but its the process of breakthrough which keeps me motivated and passionate about what I do. I love the creative process of building training programmes which allows individuals or groups of people in businesses or communities to define their problems but more importantly explore and find their own solutions. My role is to facilitate and offer tools which are practical and useful and address real problems in the workplace. It's about bringing about real change not talking about theories or concepts, although offering frameworks are often helpful tools.

As a facilitator I am like a guest who is able to see the blindspots or things which get in the way and I often find myself mediating discussions which would otherwise be difficult. My role here is simple, give people the space to express their feelings and thoughts and honour all points of view. Sounds simple doesn't it but not everyone likes to go into the lions cage but I love it!
