Business : Thirty years to get it - a realisation on how to succeed in business ... and I thought I was smart

Today I found that actually life experience is not divided into two - private and business. Yes they are inextricably linked .Yes of course. But the internal firewall we all have is not helping! Life is life. When we breathe in and out - it's the same whether it is in the boardroom or sitting room! Business is about people. We need to be consistent - Kennedy said something like - don't ask your country what they can do for you - what can you do for your country? Business is about how to help others - what do people want to buy? How do they want to be sold to/ how do your staff want to be treated? Get it?
